# Keep Lit > A keep-in-touch call list for friends and family. Paste the people you mean to keep in touch with - one per line: name | last talked | how often | notes - and get today's short list of who to call: the reason, a one-line why, two talking points drawn only from your notes and an opener text to send first, plus who waits and who your notes say to hold off. Every person is drawn as a lantern on a string, lit or going dark by the days since you last talked against the rhythm you chose. URL: https://keep-lit.skillsafe.ai/ API tutorial: https://keep-lit.skillsafe.ai/api.html ## Free, in the browser - Reading the list: last-talked dates in the forms people type (2026-09-30, Sep 30, 9/30, "3 weeks ago", "yesterday", ? for none), rhythms (weekly, 2w, monthly, 6w, 3m, every 10 days; empty means every 30 days), and every date the notes name with its distance from the as-of day (a date with no year is the nearest one). A .txt or .csv file can be dropped in. - The lanterns: lit (under three quarters of the rhythm), dimming (past three quarters), dim (past the rhythm), dark (twice past it, or no date), banded (the notes ask to hold off). - The page's own guess at today's calls by the same ordered rules the model gets, from word lists. - Exports: a calendar file (.ics) of call slots from a start time you choose, the openers, Markdown and JSON; "Called" writes today's date into that person's line so the lantern relights; kept lists (in the browser, or in your account when signed in). ## Metered (gpt-terra), one task: call-list Each person's reason, by ordered rules, first match wins: 1. held - the notes ask for space or no calls, or say the person is away or busy until a date still ahead. Never picked. 2. owed - the notes say you owe them something: a call or reply back, or a thing you promised. 3. date - a date in the notes is from 2 days ago to 14 days ahead. 4. overdue - no last date, or the days since you talked are at least the rhythm. 5. drifting - the days since are at least three quarters of the rhythm. Owed, date, overdue and drifting people form one queue in that order; today's picks are the first 3, 5 or 7 (your choice), the rest wait. The verdict is call, or all-lit when nobody is due. The model works only from your list: no news, plans, weekdays or outcomes your notes do not state, no he or she, and no date arithmetic of its own. The page re-checks every reply: refs real, nobody twice, the count and the order kept, overdue and drifting matching the day counts, nobody picked whose notes ask for space, and no number, capitalised name or he/she the list does not hold. ## Sources Built on the SkillSafe skill @anthropics/call-list - https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@anthropics/call-list - (rank the people most worth calling today, supply talking points from the history you have, block time on the calendar, draft the follow-up), re-aimed from sales leads at friends and family. The trend note on the page (a daily "who to call" list among Product Hunt's top launches on October 21, 2026) is from the producthunt.com front page as fetched that day. The lantern thresholds (three quarters, once and twice the rhythm) are the page's own convention, not a measure of any friendship.
